Use this online form to register for NEW/RENEWING Membership with the Figure Skating Club of Memphis ONLY if you are making an online payment via PayPal immediately after submitting the form. Once you have submitted the form, you will be redirected to our payment center to select the items you wish to pay for. You may also purchase class packages and freestyle ice passes with your membership. We use an online shopping cart and PayPal for all online transactions.

ALREADY A MEMBER? You do NOT need to complete this form each time you register for classes or buy ice. Simply visit http://shop.fscmemphis.org to buy your items directly. Membership will be verified before you may skate on any session!

If you are unable or unwilling to use PayPal, please print and mail this printable Registration Form to the Club PO Box (as instructed on the printable form). Include a check payable to FSCM for membership, class fees and ice passes.
