2011-2012 Membership Information
 

Membership in the Figure Skating Club of Memphis is open to skaters and supporters of all ages and skill levels from beginner to advanced. The new rink will require that all basic skills participants are registered basic skills members through the Figure Skating Club of Memphis (for insurance purposes).  Full USFSA membership through the Figure Skating Club of Memphis or other USFSA club is REQUIRED before you participate in USFSA sanctioned events (for insurance purposes).

Membership is valid from July 1 - June 30 every year.

• Adult Club Membership: $75 (increase due to USFSA dues increase)
  Skaters over 18 years of age

• Child/Parent Club Membership: $95 (increase due to USFSA dues increase)
  Skaters under 18 years of age above the Basic 8 skating level & Parent (with club voting privileges). This is a 2-person membership covering both skating child and parent.

• Basic Skills Membership: $25
  Skaters participating in any Basic Skills classes, such as: SnowPlow Sam, the Basic 8 Basic Skills, FreeSkate, Adult, Hockey, Synchronized Skating, Dance,  Artistry in Motion, Theater On Ice, Pairs, Special Olympics Badge Program, or Therapeutic classes.

• Additional Family Membership: $20
  Family members such as siblings, parents, second parents, etc. may also join the Club for only $20 each after the primary membership type above is paid. Please Note: If you have a skating child, and you wish to skate with your child on club ice, you must pay for a $20 additional family membership!

***Skaters below the Basic 8 level may join as a full Child/Parent or Adult Member if desired in order to receive voting rights and monthly USFSA Skating Magazine. Skaters above Basic 8 MUST join as a full club member.

Membership dues are non-refundable. We are also unable to pro-rate membership dues - USFSA national dues paid for you on behalf of the Club are not able to be pro-rated. Therefore, you must pay the full membership rate no matter when you apply for membership. We apologize for any inconvenience.
